A quick and easy dinner with the perfect balance of flavours!
Serves 4
Ingredients
150 mL Bone Broth or Stock
1/4 cup Tamari
4 Garlic cloves - crushed
2 tsp Ginger - grated
2 tbsp Cornflour
1 tsp EVOO or sesame Oil
580 grams fillet steak - sliced
6 cups Broccoli florets - chopped
Procedure In a small bowl, whisk together the broth/stock, tamari, garlic, ginger and cornflour until smooth. Heat a wok over medium heat and add the oil. Once it is hot, add the sliced beef and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for an additional minute. Add the broccoli, stir and then cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Serve with 1/2 cup brown rice (or cauliflower rice) and enjoy!
