Mango, Banana Chia Pudding

Hands eating oatmeal and other fruits

Ingredients

1 cup of milk of choice (dairy, almond, coconut, macadamia)

3 tbs chia seeds

1 tsp rice malt syrup

1 banana

1 mango


Procedure

Combine milk, chia seeds and rice malt syrup in a glass jar, stir until fully combined Cover jar and allow to sit refrigerated overnight Place mango and banana in a blender, puree (save a few cubes of mango) Layer chia pudding and fruit puree into glasses, alternatively and top with extra cubed mango. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
